Nirbhaya Documentary Review – India’s Daughter

One hour of documentary which was being telecast by BBC in fact of the different issues which kept on raising. I saw the documentary on You Tube which was posted two days ago. image It was really tough for me to continue watching after 30 min elapsed. The way one of the accused Rape Criminal was interviewed, he did not remorse at any point of his complete conversation. The 2.5 years of his struggle behind the bars couldn’t teach him  the value of woman. He was still adamant with the statement that good girls do not roam at 9 with an unknown boy. image Moreover he was giving an open guidance to people who will rape indirectly by saying that if they were hanged then from next time no other rapist will leave any girl alive.

I mean what the hell!!! After being accused for such a rare of rare cases you are  not at all feeling bad about what you did. No matter to what background you come from, there were people in the documentary who blamed the slum ambience for such crimes and their mindset that they will be released easily and no severe action might be taken against them. If education and background is so important then too what will you say to the advocates who are fighting the case of these rapists. image The so called educated advocates has said that girls are like flower and they should be at home before 7:30pm. And not just this, another lawyer said that if any girl in his own family was found to be in relationship with a guy, he will put petrol on her and will burn her in front of his house and public.

These are the statements of the lawyers of our country who are still stuck with the dressing style , roaming and working of girls and women. All they want a woman to be is locked in house like a maid cooking and feeding them. That’s it.

What are your views? Are you still agreeing that when you see a girl, all you want is to have sex with her and as a solution since girls are meant to be at home, they do not have their own life or dream for which they should work upon. Because that’s the statement which our educated advocate gas said.

  1. Seriously on the first hand when i listened about this interview session i was thinking about why this happened on the first place. And later the other part which i always think about is that why that criminal is still alive. Indians delay in punishing the criminals and keep on spending their money on them. They should atleast learn something from the soudi countries about how they use to tackle to the culprits who have committed crimes like this.

“Who are they to judge any one?” Girl should not go outside after 9, i mean seriously there should be one electric wire attached to their tongue and whenever they speak something ill like this better apply some current and torture them.

There are most of them who use the DEMOCRACY of INDIA as the stuff to just do all the odds in the society.
